大阪市にて、モデル・俳優のマネジメントを行う個人事務所「ライトマネジメント」として創業。2014年5月6日
東京・南青山に事務所を開設。2014年5月20日
法人化し、「株式会社ライトマネジメント」となる。2015年2月
東京事務所を南青山から原宿へ移転。2017年12月
東京事務所に本社を移転。2020年3月
大阪事務所と東京事務所を統合し、事務所機能を東京に一本化。2022年5月
創業10周年を機に、東京本社を渋谷区猿楽町へ移転。2025年現在
東京（渋谷区）と大阪の二拠点を中心に、モデル・俳優のマネジメントを全国的に展開中。April 2012

The company is currently expanding its management nationwide, with two main offices in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, and Osaka.
LIGHTという名は
「光」
という意味でつけました。
モデルというとスポットライトや
フラッシュライトで照らされるイメージですが
そのイメージではなく「内面から輝く光」
の意味です。
外側からの光で照らしだされれば
自らの陰を見ることになります。
しかし私たち一人一人が内側から輝けば
陰はどこにもできません。際限なく与えつづける光。
北風のように奪うのではなく
与える太陽のような。
そんなことどもがLIGHTに込められた意味です。じゃあ名前は「シャイン」でしょ？
と言われそうですが。
いろいろ考えたんですけれども
「ルミエール」とかは恥ずかしくて！
で。すんなり膝の上に乗る「LIGHT」です。照らし出されるのではなく「照らす。」
奪うのではなく「与える。」昔、映画マトリックスで
「早く動こうと思うな。早いと知れ。」というセリフがありましたが
私たち一人一人が自分の光を知るような、
そんな仕事を心がけて行きたいと思います。宮本明子
